Chandigarh: Regarding the awareness of the officers shows negligence when carrying out their duties to improve complaints raised by humans, Haryana Home and Minister of Health, Anil VIJ said on Saturday that resolving each personality was a top priority.
Strict actions will be taken against officers found showing concessions in completing the complaints received by them.
The interior minister said this while leading Janata Darbar held at Ambala today.
The interior minister directed the officers concerned to suspend Ambala Patwari, Pawan because it showed negligence in work related to tehsil.
In addition, he was also directed at investigating and submitting FIR against Patwari from Nylokheri Tehsil Pala RAM in an alleged bribery case.
The minister at home gave this direction while hearing complaints raised by the complainant during Janata Darbar on Ambala.
He also said that every employee who did not need to harass ordinary people would not be spared at any cost.
The Interior Minister also said that he was a public servant and completed every complaint from every citizen was the most important part of his duties.
During Janata Darbar, a woman who came from Panipat shared that after the death of her unfortunate husband posted in the National Police, he had to trace the pillar to get a salary but every official had turned his ear to his request.

Likewise, another woman from Indri Karnal shared that her husband went abroad after marriage but did not return now.
He said that he even filed a complaint with Karnal SP but they had not taken any action.
