Reviewing the progress of the Ministry of Education through video conferencing, CM noted that a large number of elementary and secondary schools have been opened in the state since 2006 and their buildings were built.

CM added that by establishing an educational institution at the Panchayat level, more opportunities for girls have been created.
“Naturally that the number of girls that appeared in the state matriculation examination had surpassed boys.

In 2006, the fertility rate of Bihar was 4.3%, but since then it has dropped to 3%.

Nitish states that the construction of the school building and the ongoing teacher’s recruitment must be completed as soon as possible to ensure that students have no trouble running their studies.
