Gurugram: The Chairman of Manohar Minister Lal Khattar has directed the DLF realtor to complete the pending infrastructure work on DLF-3 on December 31 and handed over the licensed colony to the city of Gurugram (MCG).
In the next two weeks, MCG will conduct a survey of infrastructure that lacks in the colony, preparing the estimated funds needed to complete the delayed work, if any, and send it to DLF.
DLF will then deposit the funds according to estimates and MCG will take advantage of that amount to complete the work.
Khattar said a similar template would be followed for the takeover of 14 other private colonies in Gurugram.
At the time of takeover, the tri-party agreement will be made between MCG, the developer and the City and State Planning Department (DTCP).
The DTCP will be responsible for ensuring the completion of incomplete infrastructure work in these colonies.
The minister’s chairman issued this direction at the district complaint committee meeting held in Gurugram on Saturday.
Khattar also suspended the District Sports Officer (DSO) for absence at the meeting.
Problems related to sports facilities in Khandelwal village are raised in meetings.
When cm asking for a sports department official about this problem, DSO was found absent and suspended.
To check the mushroom of illegal colonies, Khattar said the income department would identify agricultural land in regions that were notified based on Section 7A Development Haryana and Urban Region Law Regulations, 1975 and highlight in the income record, so that the registry from the land.
It could not be done after breaking it into a small plot.
In accordance with the norm, there is no construction that can be done in the area that is notified under Section 7A without the approval of the department.
In addition, agricultural land in such fields cannot be broken down into a small plot without a license from DTCP.
Last year, the state government had suspended seven Tehsildar and registered a case against them to implement the land registry without taking a certificate without mandatory objections from the DTCP.
“With this step, agricultural land will be easily identified in income records.
This will stop the registry of the land by breaking it into a smaller plot,” Khattar said.
CM also announced the development of crematoriums and funeral reasons in about 15 hectares of land in the 72A sector.
Two crematoriums will be developed on two hectares each.
Three reasons for funeral will also be developed – one for the Muslim community, one for the Christian community and one for children.
In addition, ‘van smriti’ will also be developed in about four hectares of land.
“People can plant trees in vans for the memory of their loved ones,” Khattar said.
