‘Complete public complaints in a timely’

Gurgaon: Revealing concerns over public complaints that are not handled efficiently by Government Government officials Gurgaon (MCG), the Commissioner has directed them to ensure that their complaints are intended, and the original complaints must be resolved immediately.
The Commissioner has improved the responsibility of the commissioners together to ensure that officials who work under them provide the right hearing for complaints and resolve it in a timely manner.
In a command issued recently, the Commissioner MCG Mukesh Kumar Ahuja said that officials delayed complaints on one pretext or others and always passed money.
He showed as an ‘apathetic’ attitude of officials, he said that in the order that he was disappointed to receive such a complaint.
By emphasizing the settlement of public complaints, the Commissioner has also ordered the portal to the public to meet him.
