Compound pandemic struggle from the mother who works

Patna: Covid-19 has brought many problems, never ends which causes extraordinary effects to life.
The situation of the mother who has great responsibility to raise their children and work at the same time even more difficult.
Research has shown that because of a pandemic, there has been a major change in the level of depression and anxiety between mothers.
Constant pressure dealing with responsibility, hope, caring for their children together with sustainable work has been quite tiring for them.
Madhu Taneja, a teacher who has worked from home, talks about how a woman who works, who is also a mother, has to deal with a different struggle during a pandemic.
“I can no longer be involved in someone’s happiness or sadness due to social distance.
There are times when you feel depressed because you want to meet your students, but the current situation does not allow us to do it,” he said.
Many mothers have been forced to reduce their clock or leave work completely.
The other struggle they face is to keep the children from the advantages of using cellphones.
“The impact of internet use in younger children is quite struggling for me.
This device is quite tempting for them, but pain for me because these children are young, not mature and they don’t know how to use the internet for the benefits and how to avoid the internet Which can cause problems for them, “said Priya Manish Kumar, a professor based in the city.
“I have become more than a discipline than me before the pandemic to stop my children from completing the internet,” he added.
Ayesha Taneja, a teacher in a private school based in the city, said the transition from caring for a baby to work has become very burdensome.
“Other people in the family do not understand the role of a woman’s role.
It was just like that since the mother was at home, she would do household tasks,” he said.
Taneja added, “Because of the pandemic, the arc at 9am to 6pm was completely damaged.
It becomes quite flexible.
Therefore, mothers find it difficult to set time.
This means that time management has been a great concern for them.” Rashi Kohli, A Bengaluru-based advisor said he asked his client to prioritize their needs for better time management.
“A mother serves the needs of others first.
I advise them to write journals so they can write about their struggle,” he said.
