Conditional Summon NHRC problem for the Secretary of the Head of Odisha at the fate of the displaced Indravati

Bhubaneswar: National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a conditional summons to the Odisha Chief Secretary to appear before on August 23 along with the report needed in the steps taken to meet the direction skipped since 2013 to ensure human rights moved Power Hydroelectric IndraVati.

The last direction was issued in May this year.
The Commission has observed that even though there were subsequent directions and reminders, the main secretary had failed to submit the report needed to date.
“Taking a serious view of the non-registry attitude of the authority, the Commission directed the registry to issue calls to the main secretary to appear before on August 23 along with the necessary reports.
