Shimla: 1987 Batch IAS Officer RAM Subhag Singh has been appointed as Secretary of the Head of the New Himachal Pradesh at the place of Anil Khachi’s 1986 officer who has been appointed as a commissioner of a new country after he searched for retirement from service.
The problem that changed the Secretary of the Chief resulted in a noisy scene in the State Assembly on Thursday because the opposition congress questioned the intention of the state government.

While referring to the main secretary appointed as a counselor during the previous Congress regime, Jai Ram Thakur said that unlike Congress, the government had appointed Anil Kumar Khachi at a constitutional post where he would serve for 5 years with the equivalent status with the High Court.
