BHARUCH: Former Chair of the Sugar Factory Shri Ganesh and the leader of the Sandeep Mangra congress who was arrested on Monday in Rs 85crore fraud for 2008 to 2020 was sent to two days of police guards on Tuesday.
After the 15-hour marathon interrogation, the police produced the defendant in court with a request for 10 days of detention.
Mangra’s arrest has caused stirring in cooperative and political arena throughout the country.
Large fraud, which has left a perfume’s financially perforated sugar factory and a lifeline of 18,000 members in sugar Ganesh, can come to the head.
The source of the police department confirms that the financial transactions of other sugar factories in this country can also be under the scanner of other investigation institutions including commercial taxes, income tax and law enforcement directorate.
