T’Puram: Mla Anwar Sadath Congress has transferred a violation of the notice of privileges to the Head of Pinarayi Vijayan because of misleading assemblies.
In the notice given to the speaker, he said to the Minister’s Minister has answered his question on October 27 at home that detailed project reports (DPR) from the K-Rail approved by the government have been attached together with answers.
However, the government has not given the DPR to date, he said.
He said, in a question that was not demanded on October 27, he asked the chief Minister whether the government could produce a report on the Parliament’s environmental impact study and carried out on the Thiruvananthapuram-Kasaragod Kasaragod Kasaragod project.
For this, the minister’s head has provided an answer that the two reports were attached by reply.
However, he said he had not received this report and the minister’s chairman had misleaded the house by claiming that the report was presented before the Assembly.
Therefore he complained to the speaker that the minister’s chairman had violated the privileges of the Assembly and the actions must be taken against him for this.
