Bhubaneswar: Congress has planned to appoint officers who returned at the district and block level in March the first week to conduct organizational polls.
Telling the media, the State Unit of the Party of Vice President Jagneswar Babu said that the party would appoint two active members in each ward in the state for the moving of membership.
