New Delhi: Planning to throw wider digital social media, Congress is planning the WhatsApp Group network to the assembly segment level for political publicity and voter mobilization for selection of Sabha 2024.
With the theme “Rahul / RG Connect”, Congress also contemplates the application for Petricative online cadre contacts throughout the state.
The idea is to radically change the power of its social media online for the next parliamentary selection, based on the exigities faced during a prolonged Covid-19 pandemic.
According to sources, whatsapp- “RG Connect 2024” group – will be launched and members will be asked to encourage publicity materials and political messages submitted further, by posting them on their personal social media platforms and disseminating to other citizens.
While the plan is to initially make several large groups in the state, they will then be divided into zonal levels or assembly segment levels.
In some states, they can even be brought to the Stan level.
Sources say active members will be made part of this WhatsApp group, which will then network with party members and general voters through a strategy designed for the project.
Given the ambitious project that Congress will advance with social media campaigns, with “Rahul Connect” as a theme, it will likely be seen as a clue that Rahul can take party leadership towards the end of the year when the organization selection is scheduled.
It also shows that Congress focuses separately in the selection of Sabha for more than two years even when attacking the survival crisis and faces a number of assembly elections in a temporary period.
Congress is in the midst of the drive of his membership, which precedes the election of the organization, and the members tend to be issued by the card, which will then be registered in the WhatsApp group.
