Jhansi: About 55 Delegation of the Congress Party of the Bundelkhand District attended a two-day workshop that began in Jhansi on Monday.
It was attended by the President of the State of Congress Ajay Kumar Lallu along with other senior leaders.
All block heads attended the meeting where they were trained by the party expert team from Chhattisgarh in six sessions spread over two days.
Former Union Minister, Pradeep Jain Aditya, told TII that the main purpose of training was to spread among party ideology party workers since the pre-independence era in the present perspective.
“In addition, they are also trained to handle the situation in the era of vibrant social media,” he added.
Speaking with Toi, Lallu said, “We have a long and rich inheritance and training sessions will help motivate party workers remember the upcoming state assemblies.” When asked how well the Congress will appear in the election, said Lallu, “Congress has emerged as an important opposition party in the state.
