Ludhiana: With a few months to go for the election of the Punjab Council, the High Command of Congress and the Punjab Pradesh (PPCC) Congress Committee has begun to make a new round of promises to manage the control room of selection and social media affairs.
In the latest important development, the joint secretary of all the Indian Congress Committee (AICC), Gokul Bagana has been appointed as the Incharge of Election Punjab Room Control.
The Secretary General of AICC KC Venugopal has issued a written order that confirms the appointment of the blind.
Bindils belonging to Palampur (Himachal Pradesh) and currently incharge from the AICC data analysis department, together with holding some important responsibilities in the past in various states and roles, he also remained at the Post Advisor to the Minister of Himachal Pradesh during his tenure Virbhadra Singh.
Meanwhile in another appointment Joann Thakkarwal has been appointed as PPCC State Secretary General and he will handle social media costs for various districts.
Thakkarwal has been attached to the party for a decade now and together with active campaigning in various elections throughout the state and outside he is said to have become part of the electoral war room too.
