Mumbai comments: Head of the NCP Sharad Pawar showed that the current situation of Congress was like poor landlords who did not have land and could not keep their homes evoke sharp reactions from the head of the Maharashtra Nana Patole congress on Friday.
Patole also made a covert reference to the pavement from the congress two decades ago.
“The leaders entrusted with power by Congress betrayed him,” said the Head of the State Congress.
“Congress has never been a party of Zamindars …
Congress gives its land to several leaders for maintenance but they stole it,” Patole added.
There will be a PM congress in 2024, he said.
Speaking to Marathi News Portal on Thursday, Pawar said there were times when Congress was present from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
But the party now has to accept it is no longer the case, he said.
