Mumbai: In the midst of controversy over the chairman of the Maharashtra Congress Congress, the leaders of the senior Congress on Tuesday met with the Head of the National Congress Party (NCP) Sharad Pawar at his residence.
Development came after the leaders of Congress stated that Patole’s statement regarding Maharashtra politics was misinterpreted and taken outside the context.
Reportedly, Patole has tried to advise the state government of overseeing his movements, further claiming that because of its growing influence, Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) Ally of Shiv Sena and NCP felt the land slipped from the bottom.
However, he retreated, claimed he was ‘wrong interpretation’.
Then, the Cabinet ministers and leaders of the party of Balasaheb Thorat, Ashok Chavan, and HK Patil party leader met Pawar at his residence on Tuesday.
However, sharing a picture, NCP filled it as a courtesy meeting.
Previously, Thorat Balalasaaheb assured that the MVA alliance was strong and there was no crack at the party.
Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP and Party Leader Sanjay Raut also stated that there was no panic in the Alliance of Maha Vikas Aghadi.
