CHANDIGARH: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Sunday declared that the Congress government in Punjab had performed a fraud on its own workers by just announcing execution of the 6th Pay Commission nevertheless leaving its own true delivery”into another SAD-BSP alliance authorities”.

Likewise, he explained, rural region allowance was reduced from 6 percent to 5 percent and also non-practising allowance of physicians has been shrunk from 25 percent to 20 percent.

The authorities had created two types of workers from the country by applying fundamental bank commission regulations for new recruits,” he explained.
