Patna: Congress Committee Bihar Pradesh (BPCC) will receive a warm welcome to the former President of the University of Nehru (Jnusu) Jawaharlal (Jnuuya) Kanhaya Kumar on October 22 on his arrival at Patna for the first time after joining the old party in Delhi almost three weeks then.
Kanhaiya joined Congress in front of the party leader Rahul Gandhi at his national headquarters in New Delhi on September 28.
“We have planned to warmly welcome Kanhaiya, according to his political stature, when he will arrive at the BPCC Sadaqat headquarters.

Jha said some Kanhaiya supporters will also join the congress on that occasion.
He said many leading leaders of the Bihar Congress will still be present at Sadaqat Ashram on October 22 to ensure warm reception to Kanhaiya and his team.
Gujarat Pradesh’s president of Congress Workers & Leaders of Hardik Patidar Patidar Reservations and Gujarat Legislator Jignesh Mahan, who have announced to join Congress, will also arrive at Sadaqat Ashram on October 22 to participate in a great reception Kanhaiya, the source at the State Congress said.
“Hardik and Jignesh will arrive from Gujarat and join Kanhaiya in New Delhi.

Sources in Congress said, after October 22, Kanhaiya will remain in Bihar to campaign in support of Congress candidates for Kusheshwar Astan and Tarapur Assembly Bypoll.
Hardik and Jignesh will also campaign for Congress candidates.
Two seat assembly Bihar – Kusheshwar Asthan and Tarapur, who fell after the infinite JD (U) death, respectively, Shashibhushan Hajari and checked Choudhary, would go to the election on October 30.
