New Delhi: In the departure marked from ‘High Command will decide on’ culture, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the party would declare the candidate for the minister of the election of Punjab but only after consulting party workers.
Not an unusual thing for Congress members in front of the election to say the party’s high command will decide who will lead it.
Often high commands do so after consulting with MLA.
However, in Punjab, as shown by Rahul Gandhi, himself, the party has decided to declare the main minister’s candidate after the worker consultation.
Both, Chairman of Charanjit Minister Singh Channi and the Head of the Navjot State Party Singh Sidhu supported the declared face.
Interestingly, in Punjab, Congress faced AAP, which attracted a lot of attention after asking people to choose the main ministerial candidate.
Predicted, Bhagwant Mann advanced.
Badal and Amarinder Singh are also strong rooted leaders in local political scenarios.
Naturally, during the election of Punjab, the Congress’s high command feels wise to ask workers to ensure their ownership choices.
However, did the congress really have many choices? Channi, the Minister of the First Dalit Chair of the State, is a clear favorethere of two clear factors that support Channi nominated as the face of the ministerial head.
First, he belongs to the Dalit part of the population which at 32 percent of the country’s population is the dominant part.
Congress does not want to send a message that opposition parties can exploit by not nominating it.
Other parties in the past claim that Channi’s height is just a tactic to collect sound from a weaker part.
Choosing someone else will only increase the argument.
For the second, Channi can thank Amarinder Singh’s predecessor.
Congress has invested a lot in a campaign that Channi has cleared the chaos left by Amarinder Singh.

Navjot Singh Sidhu: The congress challenge has a strong bench strength in Punjab, the only strong strong prosecutor in running which will be declared as the face of the minister of the chairman is Navjot Singh Sidhu.
He has touted the ‘punjab model’ as a panacea for many diseases that disturb the country.
Apart from its extensive appeal as a Cricketer and Entertainment personality, a boisterous Sidhu also belongs to the dominant JAT Sikh community.
JATS Sikh is easily the most dominant group in Punjab and is around 20 percent of the population.
However, their area was also in a helmet in almost every formation that fought the election in Punjab.
Bhagwant Mann, Candidate for the Head of Minister of AAP, Captain Amarinder Singh from the BJP-Punjab Lok Congress Alliance and Sikhbir Singh Badal, Head of Akali Dal, all belongs to the same segment.
Ideally, Congress wants to present both Channi and Sidhu in a helmet together they can accommodate appeals in the population.
However, with Channi having the opportunity to do different courses from all groups.
Others like many other countries, in Punjab, Congress does not have leaders’ shortcomings with mass and media appeal.
