Panaji: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said his party would not allow Goa to become a coal import hub if he chose to power in the assembly election next year.
The increase in coal imports through the Port of Mormugao in the state ruled by BJP and the double tracking of the connecting railroad lines is designed to help certain entrepreneurs, he said, handling the convention of congressional workers nearby.
