PANAJI: The Directorate of Education (DOE) has issued a circular to school asking them to conduct Republican Day celebrations virtually considering the Covid situation in their respective regions.
Only the day before, the state government was issued by orders stating that schools and colleges will continue to be closed for students in Goa until February 15 because of the third wave of Covid.

The head of all institutions was asked to motivate students to participate in the program organized by the Ministry of Defense “Declares a circle.
