New Delhi: Health Secretary Union Rajesh Bhushan on Saturday led a high-level meeting to review the Covid-19 situation in 10 Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Assam, Mezoram, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh and Manipur.
These countries are reporting the increase in new daily Covid cases or increasing levels of participants.
“Public health measures taken for supervision, detention and management of Covid-19 by health authorities in these countries are reviewed,” said the Ministry of Health in a statement.
The Ministry of Health Uni said that all districts who reported more than 10% in the past few weeks need to consider strict restrictions to prevent / reduce people’s movements, the formation of crowds and robbery of people to prevent the spread of infection.
During the meeting, the center underscores that every weakness at this stage will result in a decrease in the situation in these districts.

The center further warns of satisfaction with around 40,000 cases reported every day since weeks earlier.

India reported 41,649 fresh Covid-19 cases on Friday, down from 44,681 the previous day, breaking a row of three days increasing infection in this country.
However, Friday counts were higher than the number of cases reported last Friday, showing trends that developed in infection.
