Consider the restrictions on the use of Herbal Hookah, Delhi HC said

New Delhi: Delhi High Court on Friday wonders why Hookah’s Hookah’s prohibitions in public places to contain the spread of Covid-19 should not be re-examined when authorities start using the breath analyzer test.
Publishing notifications to the Government AAP at five petitions by restaurants and bars, the court seeks its standing on their requests challenging the ban on the stretch of herbal flavors.
“Delhi’s government advice is looking for time to get instructions about why August 3, 2020 orders are not reconsidered again when an analyzer’s breath test is allowed now.
It is expected that DDMA will consider this aspect immediately,” said Justice Rekha Palli while registering a problem to hear more on September 30 .
Separate petition submitted by the lounge and fine bar, TOS, R HIGH SPEEDBAR and Lounge, Verandah Moonshine and Sixth Empirica Lounge in West West Punjabi, challenging the commissioner commission with the police (license unit) that prohibits and exclude sales or herbal services The bar run by them.
