Thiruvananthapuram: State President of BJP K Surendran, on Monday, accused the chairman of Pinarayi Vijayan’s minister in the Assembly on Kodakara Hawala Money Heist has exposed political conspiracy.
“The minister’s chairman has misleaded the house by saying that the money involved in the case of Kodakara belongs to BJP.
The minister’s chairman tried to complete a political score against BJP after being involved in the case of gold and dollar smuggling.
CM claimed that Deepak, one of the accused of the case of the money, was A BJP worker.
It’s a plain lie, “he said.
Surendran said that all 21 people were arrested by the police in connection with this case had a CPM connection.
“The gang responsible for the case of Ramanattukara gold heist is behind the case of Kodakara.
They have a close connection with CPM leaders,” he thought.
There is nothing in Fir which can connect BJP with hawala money.
Being a Minister of State House, Vijayan should apologize at home for haunting the unnecessary BJP, he added.
Surdendran previously accused that the probe team did not tend to recover money from smugglers and that police tried to save people accused of this case.
“The Chargesheet is weak and built on a lie.
It will not stand legal supervision.
What the police claimed to be CDR fake BJP leaders.
BJP will soon release a call detail (CDR) of the BJP leaders concerned,” said Surendran.
Chargesheet submitted by sitting in the case of Heist Highway stated that nearly Rs 40 Crore was brought to Kerala for BJP leaders using the Hawala operator during the recent assemblies.
But, the Chargesheet led the BJP leaders (including Surendran) as witnesses and not defendants.
