Patna: Gorkha Battalion Constable Arjun Dayal alias Arjun Thapa (38) was brutally killed after a fight at a birthday party in Thawe in Gopalganj on August 10, said Gopalganj SP Anand Kumar on Tuesday.
All three of them were accused of Amit Kumar (20) Videshi Teach in Mohammad Kahim (36) from West Bengal and Vikash Upadhayay (26) – Madhopur under the Rasulpur police station in advice, which was allegedly involved in murder, had been sent to jail on the day Monday.

The company was scheduled to move to Bagaha on August 11 before he was stabbed to death.
Dayal went to attend a birthday party with a trio held at a guest house near the temple.
“An altercation broke out after a few comments from the police.
