Patna: Gorkha Battalion Constable Arjun Dayal alias Arjun Thapa (38) was brutally killed after a fight at a birthday party in Thawe in Gopalganj on August 10, said Gopalganj SP Anand Kumar on Tuesday.
All three of them were accused of Amit Kumar (20) Videshi Teach in Mohammad Kahim (36) from West Bengal and Vikash Upadhayay (26) – Madhopur under the Rasulpur police station in advice, which was allegedly involved in murder, had been sent to jail on the day Monday.
“The police will move courts within a week to find trio detention for detailed interrogation.
After that we will submit a chargesheet and will install a case for a quick trial,” SP is added.
Arjun’s body was found with an open throat gap buried near the village road in Chetitola under the Thawe police station area in the district on August 11.
He was a native of Chitwan in Nepal and was part of their specialized armed police company Bihar (BSAP) known as the Bihar Military Police (BMP), deployed to guard the famous Thawe temple in Gopalganj.
The company was scheduled to move to Bagaha on August 11 before he was stabbed to death.
Dayal went to attend a birthday party with a trio held at a guest house near the temple.
“An altercation broke out after a few comments from the police.
