Noida: In the lines of development agencies in Punjab, the Noida Authority has decided to block the consultant to accelerate the process of boring land acquisition in 80 villages to develop satellite cities.
The private entity, which will act as a land acquisition facilitation consultant (LAFC), will also be assigned to strengthen the eternal land and identify individuals responsible for encroachment, violations and irregularities of regulations and regulations, officials said.
Although land acquisition laws are framed in January 2014 and amended to accommodate the demands of landowners, institutions that need land should cover several milestones before getting the same thing.
“We have our own land acquisition wings, but the power of staff is inadequate to handle additional quantum work.
There is a need to speed up the acquisition process by outsourcing work,” said OSD Authority Avinash Tripathi.
Officials said they had studied the approach of the Punjab government and procedures that were followed when building industrial cities such as Mohali.
Punjab housing and urban development agencies have roamed LAFC in early 2011-12 to speed up the acquisition process.
A closer house, the Noida Big Authority, earlier this year, has been tied with a private consultant to assist in the work of land acquisition.
Authority has managed to acquire land at a faster speed, collecting 450 hectares so far for 2021.
Noida authorities have expanded the scope of work while looking for LAFC.
The mandate under the new law, the agency will carry out the social impact assessment to determine the status of the affected population.
Each verification and each typical number with the income record and super-imposition of situations on the ground with an old record must also be done.
Authority must take more than 20,900 hectares of land in 80 villages for years.
Tripathi said that the agency would be asked to obtain land, measure it, bought it, limit and hand over land to authority after fulfilling the process of mutation.
“We will provide any support needed during end-to-end work,” he added.

Reconciliation will be carried out in accordance with satellite imagery captured by authority during 2011.
