New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday warns that it will impose exemption costs to the state government if there is a failure to submit status reports within a week regarding vacancies, including in infrastructure, in the State Consumer Dispute Recovery Commission.
Judge S Kaul and M M Sundresh said they would take decisive action if the report was not submitted and the cost of RS 2 Lakh would be imposed on those who would be recovered from the officer.
“Advice for convincing countries that lacks will be intended within a week.
We remind the default countries that we will take decisive action if the report is not submitted and the cost of RS 2 Lakh will be charged to them.
It will be recovered from the officer.
