NEW DELHI: The house ministry on Thursday asked each of the states and UTs to keep their compliance with all Covid containment steps summarized by the ministry of health and family welfare every month, until June 30.
It guided them to let relaxations from lockdown curbs now in force in several states/ UTs just in a manner that is graded.
House secretary Ajay Bhalla at a correspondence to the state chief secretaries along with UT administrators requested them to keep to be wary as the amount of active instances was still quite large.
Urging the countries to keep compliance with the plan — containment measures in regions having positivity rate of 10 percent or more and at which more than 60 percent of their ICU beds are inhabited — Bhalla stated necessary instructions could be issued to taking necessary measures.
