Gurgaon: The police on Wednesday registered another FIR in the contract fraud NSG RS 125-Crore.
FIR FIR was filed on complaints from a contractor who was suspected of deceiving RS 1.6 Crore by the Vice BSF Commandant Praveen Yadav, the mastermind, on behalf of a contract for the construction of the boundary wall on the NSG campus in Gurgaon.
The police previously registered four cases while Mamta, Rituraj and Dinesh were sent to Judicial detention, the court extended the police sentence from Praveen with four more days.
According to the researchers, BSF Praveen officers pay Rs 3 Crore to Dinesing, to improve meetings with owners of various construction companies and government contractors and convince them to fictive projects.
Dinesh, the police said, played an important role in the fraud governed by the BSF Deputy Commander when conducting representatives at the NSG campus in Manesar.
“Praveen, during interrogation, has claimed to transfer a large number to around 50 different accounts to remove the debt.” Said a police officer Gurgaon.
“We collect details of all account holders to verify praveen claims.” Meanwhile, Manesar’s crime unit, led by a responsible Sandeep Inspector, has carried out a raid to capture other charges in this case, ITBP Officer Naveen, Brother-in-law Praveen.
Naveen Rituraj’s wife has been captured by the police.
