Prayagraj: The meeting ceremony from Allahabad University (AU) also witnessed the presentation of the Dronacharya Award and Meghnad Saha Award girl.
Assistant Professor, anthropology department, Rahul Patel and Ena Gupta from the Department of Family and Science Communities (formerly known as home science) was given the first DRONACACHARYA AU.
Awards, based on direct and secret feedback from students, given to the most popular teachers on campus.
Likewise, undergraduate research from Prof.
Si Rizvi Department of Biochemistry, Raushan Kumar and Bachelor of Research Anvita Raghvanshi from the Ministry of Commerce, Srijan Anant who negotiated with Meghnad Saha Award.
This award is given to the best undergraduate research on campus.
Another highlight of the graduation ceremony was that the girls claimed about 70% of the Chancellor’s medal was given on the occasion.
At the same time, they also claimed about 58% of a total of 263 medals given at the ceremony.
Seven of the 10 Chancellor medals were given to students to work for two academic sessions – 2018-19 and 2019-20 – at the meeting, claimed by female students.
Likewise, around 150 of the total 263 medals were given by female students.
AU Pro Jaya Kapoor confirmed that 150 medals from 263 were given to female students.
