Ludhiana: Police Sarabha Nagar has ordered eight people, including a police officer, to accuse the cheat of Haibowal, Mintu David, Sukhwinder Singh from Doraha and Bhajanpal Singh.
In his complaint to the police through a letter written in March, Raj Kumar, a city citizen, said Bhagwant Singh, who lives in the government quarter near the Damoria Bridge, offered him the commission for land.
Raj Kumar said the defendant received a fake aadhdar card made of Khanna on behalf of Jatinder Singh, where his speech was given by Rajguru Nagar and they bought a SIM card on it.
He said the defendant then got a fake land registry on behalf of a partner and took Rs 47 lakh from them and gave him Rs 60,000 as a commission.
The complainant said when he knew this problem, he filed a complaint.
