COP, civilians are injured in a J & K grenade attack

Jammu: A police officer and a civilian injured in a grenade attack by terrorist suspects in the District Police (DPL) in the city of Doda Monday afternoon.
“Around 16:30, terrorist allegations blew up a grenade in the private building opposite to the DPL gate where two special operating groups were on duty.
One of the jawan was injured in the attack.
His condition was declared harmless,” said a source, adding that a resident Civil also suffered injuries in the explosion.
Police, CRPF, SOG and soldiers were launched from all areas and launched intense search operations immediately after attacks to track unknown perpetrators.
The Doda district in the Jammu Zone was declared free of militancy on June 29, 2020, after security forces killed the Commander of Hizbul Mujahidin Masood aka Rahi at Anannag in a meeting.
J & K DGP Dilbel Singh then claims that Masood is a terrorist who is still the last life of the district.
