Coimbatore: A 29-year-old police attached to the city armed reserve police stationed under the suspension of indecent behavior after a video showing a woman planting kisses on her cheeks became viral on social media on Saturday.
Police, identified V Balaji, native residents of Cuddalore Regency, have lived with their wives and two children at the police station on the school campus recruiting School (PRS).
“On Friday night, Balaji was chatting with his brother-in-law in the park near Lake Valankulam, when he suddenly kissed him.

Someone recorded a video and sent it to senior police officers,” said a police officer.
The video became a viral on social media on Saturday morning.
“Because Balaji uniformed at the time of the incident, the deputy commissioner of the Muralidharan police placed him under the suspension on Saturday,” the officer was added.
