PATNA: Altogether seven individuals out of a Samastipur village had been arrested Wednesday to get a test identification parade prior to the police at a gang rape case reported Tuesday.
A 30-year-old lady was discovered tied into a power pole with her clothing ripped around the outskirts of Shahpur Parohi village beneath Bibhutipur police station place from the villagers.
The mum of three small children was admitted to this Samastipur Sadar hospital with swollen eyes, lumps on the throat and face together with scrape marks on her own body, which have been brought on by the attack by 2 men that raped her, authorities said.

Samastipur SP Manavjit Singh Dhillon on Wednesday stated although the victim advised the authorities that both accused men couldn’t rape but an FIR for gang rape was registered together with all the women’s police station.

Thus, taking a look at the general situation in the current instance, authorities registered a gang rape case,” he said , her medical evaluation was conducted and its title is expected.
Dhillon said that the victim told authorities she had been attacked after she surrendered.
He explained the incident happened about 3 am on Tuesday as soon as the girl had gone out her home to ease herself.
“Family members confessed her Dalsinghsarai sub-divisional hospital Tuesday evening and physicians informed the authorities and the thing came to light,” he explained.
The SP said authorities are working to find TIP ran on court order whenever possible to determine the identity of both detained.
Women’s police station SHO Pushplata Kumari said that the accused had coated her face, tied her hands and pulled her over 300 metres to carry her into a secluded location.
“She’s endured severe injuries from attack and yanking.
The clothing used for linking would be those utilized in pandals,” she added.
