Vadodara: Is the 19-year-old woman raped by just one of the accused or was assaulted by both? The authorities investigating the situation said that although they’ve reserved both the accused co-workers for raping the woman, just the FSL evaluations will demonstrate just how many were involved with the offense.
“We’ve traces of semen in the woman’s body so it’s recognized that the accused obtained physical with her.
But we might need to wait around for FSL evaluation reports to determine whether the semen is just of a few of those accused or even both.
If we locate two sperm samples, then it could be a very clear example of gang rape,” explained a senior police officer involved with the analysis.
Cops stated that accused Dishant Kahar has admitted his offense, but another accused Nazeem Mirza continues to be denying.
“Dishant stated that it had been consensual, but he’s lying.
Nazeem even promised that he did not have spirits but we’ve got an eyewitness who saw him drunk.
Nazeem has denied raping the woman,” the official told TOI.
Researchers stated that if Nazeem might not have guessed the woman, he’s equally guilty of this offense.
“He had been the person who attracted the spirits that was provided to the woman.
He had been aware of the strategy to receive her drunk and rape her.
After Dishant raped the woman, he had been in the area so that his complicity in the grisly crime is apparent,” the officer added.
The woman, a resident of Laxmipura region, had advised her boyfriend she had been touched with no consent and had been raped.
She was too tipsy to ward the accused.
In her suicide note also she said ‘something bad’ had occurred with her.
The authorities have stated that Dishant and Nazeem, both coworkers of this woman, were attempting to ditch the woman for last few months.
“They’d been prying on her behalf.
It turned out to be a foul-smelling rape,” the authorities said.
