Mumbai: A CL writer has applied for secrecy and copyright violation of Zee Enterment Enterprises Ltd.
and Zee Studio through a web series called ‘Bal Shiv-Mahadev Ki Andheki Gatha,’ broadcast network plan to be released on August 31.
Saini, who said he was known for his writing in a mythological genre, has gone through his lawyer Tushar Gujjar filed a lawsuit and looked for temporary orders to hold the Zee network from violating confidentiality and copyright in his work ‘Baal Shiv’.
The function is that in 2018 he conceptualized the idea of ’Baal Shiv’ and contemplated making the television series on it.
He led to the idea and “communicates it to (network) under express trust” as a unique sales prospect because it is not intended at all in Indian mythology.
“The suit accused that it was not just the idea” searched ‘but that Zee also took “detailed manuscripts / stories told” by him for their representatives.
On Thursday, Judge Gautam Patel began to hear the problem where Saini was represented by a battery of lawyers including Senior Advisor Venkates Dhond, Biren Neory and Rashmin Khandekar and Zee Network by Senior Counsel Virag Tulzapurkar and Hiren Kamod.
HC requested Zee to consider whether they wanted to delay the release date for a while and the problem was saved again.
The senior advisor returned and said, “There was no statement that could be made .
“So the trial began with benefits but because it was approaching the end of the court day, the trial would continue on Friday.
