Ahmedabad: A woman has approached the Gujarat High Court after she was not compensated by RS 25 lakh by the state government after her husband, who was the Principal Principal and worked as a Korona’s soldier in tasks assigned by the authorities, died.
And the hospital does not clearly mention the cause of death in his death certificate.
After hearing preliminary, justice Sangeeta Vishen issued a notification to the authorities who were looking for their reply about why the cause of death was not mentioned in the death certificate.
The court has also requested the Panchayat Education Department of the Botan District to record his decision taken at the request of a widow for compensation for the death of Corona Warrior.
This case involves sweet Bhavnagariya (34), whose husband Dineshbhai posted a principal in elementary school in Sarva Village from the Botan District since December 2019.
Bhavnagariya has submitted that her husband had to do various Covid tasks issued by higher authorities.

The circular was named primary teacher as a Corona soldier and her husband’s name also found in the list.
“After working as a Corona soldier and served the Covid-19 task to the government and residents for months, then he began to show the symptoms of Covid-19 himself.
He was clinically diagnosed and his care was carried out as a corona patient,” the petition reading.
The principal died on September 13, 2020 after several days of hospitalization at Sir Takhtasinhji General Hospital in Bhavnagar.
The applicant handed over that her husband was cremated in Gorad Crematorium and the fees charged by SMASHAN Samiti also for Corona’s death.
He was treated to Covid and his last rite also took place in accordance with the guidelines for the disposal of Covid-19 patients.
Inpatient, care and finally handling the corpse revealed that it was Covid’s death.
However, the hospital was mentioned in its certificate that it could not be subject to a special opinion whether he died of Covid-19 or not.
