Coimbatore: Commissioner City Corporation King Gopal Sunkara on Thursday said they have accelerated the process of giving approval to build plans for new structures and extension of existing buildings.
By stating that only 28% of the total applications they received were approved in early November 2021, Sunkara said the city planning department officials had approved 54.9% of other applications since then after he ordered them to speed up the process.
