Coimbatore: City Corporation has urged shop owners operating from its facilities through sub-release from the original recipient to make shops rented with their names by applying and paying the amount of citizenship costs to the Civic Agency.
The corporation has offered a one-time opportunity for this shop owner to make rented facilities with their names, said a corporate official.
Store owners must pay 12 months from the number of rent as a down payment and as many as the amount as a name change fee to get the shops registered in their name.
In a recent survey conducted in the wholesale vegetable market for Mgr Corporation Corporation, it was found that 25 traders functioned in sub-so the original recipient.
These traders take the opportunity once offered by the corporation and the application sent.
The number of Rs 57.38,264 was collected from them as the amount of down payment and the cost of changing names.
The corporate commissioner King Gopal Sunkara has urged a shop owner who functions in the sub-let the facility to approach the City Corporation to get facilities registered in their names.
Store owners can approach assistant income officials from each zone to send their application.
