Chandigarh: To land in the first position in the Election of Municipal Corporation (MC), BJP’s main political parties, Congress and AAP take a similar route: Involve central leadership, use Delhi politicians, give them responsibility and hold planning sessions with local leaders.
If AAP has used seven MLA from Delhi, BJP has placed six leaders from the national capital on duty.
Congress has also sent its experienced members to manage things in the field.
Everything is mostly managing, coordinating and controlling the campaign.
With a campaign to end on Tuesday, some of them will return home, while others will stay until the results on December 27.
“Because this is the first time AAP companed the selection of MC, the central leadership put 100% efforts to become a winner.
We have experienced experienced political people from Delhi working hard for us and guiding campaigns.
Because they are all experienced politicians, we get a lot from them, “said a senior AAP leader.
A BJP leader said, “Our leaders from Delhi helped us from the backend.
All have good poll records – whether they have contested or remained elections in their management, their guidance is proven to be useful.” For Congress, one of the two observers comes from New Delhi Municipal Corporation.
