Thiruvananthapuram: City company councillor Sabu Jose, 52, died of Covid-19 here on Monday. He acquired the entire body elections because CPM candidate out of Vettukadu ward. Mayor Arya Rajendran condoled the death of Jose on her FB page. Jose tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 and that he had been admitted to Medical College Hospital (MCH). His illness worsened because of Covid-related complications and that he had been placed on ventilator. His departure was supported about 12.15pm Monday. According to Covid-19 routine, his mortal remains were obtained by the health group of city business from the MCH. The body has been taken into St.Joseph’s Church, Kochuveli, at which the funeral had been held. Jose was he had been also a resident of Kochuveli. After his departure, the town corporation council made a decision to postpone the digital council meeting scheduled Tuesday. The councillors will say condolence in the council meeting and the council session is going to be convened on Wednesday.
