Guwahati: The Special Judge Court here in Guwahati on Wednesday Fixed October 25 to frame the costs of 60 ACS and 14 officers and 14 others, which included the Chairperson of the Public Service Commission Assam (APSC) Rakesh Paul, in the APSC Cash-for-fraud work .
Surjeet Singh Panesar, the investigative officer of this case, said, “The Clain Wing Procedure has been completed today (Wednesday).
The court has given the date on October 25 to frame costs.” Except Rakesh Rakesh Paul who is accused, the other currently runs out of custody of custody guarantee.
Of the four cases, Paul has been guaranteed in three cases lodged at the police station, the police department and the Department of Criminal Investigation (CID), Police Assam.
He had not received a guarantee in the case of nesting with the Bhangagarh police station in 2016.
He was arrested in November 2016 and had undergone Jadicial custody since then.
