New Delhi: Congress on Monday released the second list of 11 candidates for the election of the Uttarakhand Assembly and former Minister of the Minister of Helish Praying from the Constituency of the Ramnagar Assembly.
Harish Rawat, who is the head of the party’s campaign in the state, was not successfully contested by the assembly chair of Haridwar-Rural and Kichcha in the 2017 assembly poll.
Congress also lowered the anukriti of the harvest from Lansdowne’s assembly chair.
He was the son-in-law of Harak Singh, who returned to Congress folded from BJP on Friday.
The party has so far not decided to nominate Harak Singh and have not announced candidates for six chairs anymore.
Congress has also maintained most of the MLA sitting in two listings announced so far.
