Mumbai: The state cannot provide everything to the homeless, high court Bombay observed on Saturday while hearing pills to continue relief for them as given during the last locking.
A judicial bench in Datta Datta and Justice Gires Kulkarni heard pills by Brijesh Arya, a homeless collective member who must be continued by BMC, drinking water, and free access to the public toilet.
At previous hearing, BMC was directed to say by the way the shelter would be available, as directed at other pills.
The state advocate said Arya was a member of the monitoring committee, and had access to information about shelter.
