Ranchi: Even though it has a bill and managing to get a legislator’s nod, the Jharkhand government has failed from Haryana’s colleague in extending a 75% reservation to the locals in private employment.
The Government Haryana on Saturday issued latent notice to express the enactment of the law provided that private companies had to upload their employee data on the state government portal on January 15, 2022.
On the recommendation made by Jananayak Janta Party (JJP), BJP allied in power In Haryana, the ruling tribal party here, JMM, has promised to provide a 75% reservation to the local country at a personal work in the election manifesto.
While the government of the JJP-BJP alliance in Haryana issued a job policy bill in November 2020 was attended by the Assistant Governor on February 26, 2021, along with the notification of sheets on November 6, the JMM LED coalition government under the bill in Indonesia March 2021 but could not tell that.
The government here is forced to send it to a certain committee from home after 22 MLA objections with one provision in the bill that enables private companies bypass from following the reservation norm if there is no local candidate availability.
The Choose Committee handed over the report and the assembly finally passed it on September 7 during the last Monsun session.
Officials in the Labor Department said the notification of Gazettees to be issued by the Law Department was waiting.
“The bill should be sent to the governor for his approval by the Department of Law and only after that, the notice can be issued,” said Anil Kumar Singh, Deputy Secretary in the Labor Department.
BJP opposition strongly criticizes the delay in this problem.
The State Party spokesman, Pratul Shahdeo, said the postponement of notification of deliberate Gazettes.
“Even if the law is told, how local candidates will be appointed by private companies when the government does not have a policy to define the local population,” he asked.
Criticing the government led by JMM to “play politics” on behalf of helping locals, Shahdeo said the local population policy on the BJP government was previously canceled by current dispensation.
“If they reject our policy, they should come up with themselves.
When they want to forge a voice bank on behalf of the locals, why they don’t complete the deadlock,” he said.
