Kanpur: another couple, who lived together for the past 10 years, tied the wedding ties in the Unnao Fattepur Chauran area on Wednesday.
This is the second wedding ceremony reported from the district within two weeks.
On July 12, a 60-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman, who had lived together for the past 20 years, tied the wedding knot at Rasulpur Ruri from the Moradabad Ganj from the district.
The two small daughters of the couple also attended the wedding function, which took place on July 21.
The couple said it, took care of boycotts by relatives, besides mocking from the villagers, they decided to get married.
Suman, Princess Ram Autar Kashyap, a resident of Kadilpur Village in Thana Asiawan, was married on May 8, 2004.
However, due to constant abuse by her in-laws, her relationship with her first husband had become acidic and with intervention.
Courts, they decided to live separately.
After that, Suman returned to his ancestral home and began living with his parents.
However, ten years ago, Suman came in touch with one Sunil from Gorimau Village at Fatehpur Chaurasi and began living with him.
Two girls were born of them.
Two months ago, following the ‘boycott’ by relatives when they were not allowed to attend their niece’s wedding ceremony, besides being fed up with the constant ridicule of people, Sunil married Susan on July 21 in accordance with customs in the village itself.
Interestingly, not only the whole village is a witness of marriage, but their two daughters of Vaishnivi (5) and Vaishali (4), are also part of the function because the village head Ranjana Pandey has taken responsibility for all the necessary settings.
