Court Bins then Penition for offline hearing in the case of animal feed

Ranchi: Special CBI Court, Ranchi, on Wednesday rejected the petition submitted in the name of RJD Surpemo then Prasad and others for offline hearing in case of fodder fraud (RC47A / 1996) related to the withdrawal of rs 139.35 crore fraud from Doranda Treasury between 1990 91 and 1994-95.
Then along with around 110 people accused of this case.
The court issued an order while stating that the online hearing in this case will be held continuously from Friday.
It stated that defense lawyers could come to court to attend the offline path but they had to follow the Covid guidelines.
Lawyers can also take their certified copies of the court.
Lawyer CBI BMP Singh said, “We oppose the petition in the field that the Supreme Court and the High Court have been directed at the rapid disposal of this case.” Lawyer Prabhat Kumar said, “We will plan further action only after studying orders.
It hasn’t been uploaded until night.” It can be mentioned here that on Monday, the lawyer then has filed a petition to seek offline hearing while stating that there is the same document for exhibited.
He said that it was impossible to refute cases online.
The side of the prosecution has completed the argument based on 575 witnesses.
Defense lawyers will start their argument from the next hearing.
