NEW DELHI: Even a courtroom in Dominica has”controlled” government from eliminating fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi in the Caribbean island nation till farther orders, local press reported.
The order came on a request filed by the attorneys of Choksi, that was arrested at Dominica for”illegal entry”.
The High Court of Justice at Dominica”controlled” the government from”eliminating” Choksi till farther orders.
On Thursday, Choksi’s attorney Vijay Aggarwal had increased doubts about how he’d gone missing from Antigua and Barbuda simply to be arrested in Dominica, roughly 100 nautical miles off, for illegal entrance.
