Court Revenue Add to Telangana Farmers’

Hyderabad: The day after the Telangana High Court slapped notifications in Rangeddy and Nizamabad District collector for special income courts, thousands of farmers and landowners are now in the dilemma horns whether they will get the opportunity to present their arguments before the Special Court or whether they must approach the Civil Trade Complete land disputes.

However, the court led by collectors delivered an assessment in an unilateral way without providing opportunities for parties to submit their arguments before the court.

Based on this direction, the government directed all collectors to recall the order on April 15 and 16 and showed a notification on April 19 which called for the parties to submit their arguments.
“Apart from this circular and court, district collectors ignore instructions to give time to the applicant and provide new orders,” said S Chandrasekhar, members of India’s founder of crime.
The government also did not find a solution to more than 17 lakh hectares entered in Part B (disputed land) on the Dharani portal for various reasons.
