Hyderabad: The day after the Telangana High Court slapped notifications in Rangeddy and Nizamabad District collector for special income courts, thousands of farmers and landowners are now in the dilemma horns whether they will get the opportunity to present their arguments before the Special Court or whether they must approach the Civil Trade Complete land disputes.
Even when the fate of 17 lakh hectares of land in a balanced hangout, the recent court order that the court could not dispose of 16,000 cases of income without intermediaries first to have placed the state government.
The government established a revenue court for rapid land disposal.
According to income officials, there were 16,910 cases delayed in various income courts, led by Tahsildars, income division officers and collectors together.
As soon as the State Government abolished the income court and formed a special income court led by district collectors, all cases were transferred to the court.
However, the court led by collectors delivered an assessment in an unilateral way without providing opportunities for parties to submit their arguments before the court.
“Following the instructions from the state government, the collectors have discarded all cases in just one hit Official sources said CCLA issued a round after the high court in March 2021 directed that respondents had to issue public notifications calling for the parties to appear before the court in each district to allow them to ship.
“The court is also directed at every time the request is received, the court must provide new orders after providing reasonable opportunities to the parties that are heard directly or through their advocates,” said the source.
Based on this direction, the government directed all collectors to recall the order on April 15 and 16 and showed a notification on April 19 which called for the parties to submit their arguments.
“Apart from this circular and court, district collectors ignore instructions to give time to the applicant and provide new orders,” said S Chandrasekhar, members of India’s founder of crime.
The government also did not find a solution to more than 17 lakh hectares entered in Part B (disputed land) on the Dharani portal for various reasons.
