Mumbai: Court session on Tuesday rejected the Anticipatory Guarantee Applicant who was transferred by UK Entrepreneurs Raj Kundra in a case that was not clearly investigated by the cyberspace crime police.
Kundra moved the request in June.
In November 2020, the police had registered FIR against 14 platforms (OTT) and the web portal for obscene content based on complaints by retired customs.
Calls are sent to the head of the platform and portal, besides actors in the video.
Kundra was detained in a pornographic case examined by Crime Branch.
His name appeared after the property cell found the involvement of the British production company, Kenrin, and the police arrested his executive, Umesh Kamsat.
