Nagpur: The Nagpur bench of Bombay high court (HC) took cognizance of rain draining through the construction roofing and entering a courtroom area.
Advocate Sudhir Puranik remarked that the leakage appeared to be attributed to civil job has been discontinued as the builder hadn’t been paid regardless of administrative approval.
He added that the builder had spent to Rs1 crore of their own funds for the job.
